Through our BSS (Business Support System), you have access to all the features and services that you need to operate as a reseller. You create agreements and documents for digital signing, update and manage subscriptions (both mobile & fixed), find PIN and PUK codes for customers, block international calls, or pay calls. You have access to customer invoices and can quickly assist the customer with access via PDF or direct link with credits and corrections as needed made directly in the BSS. Biztel handles all the raw data for charging customers so at the start of the month invoices are automatically generated and within minutes can be found ready to process to issue directly or send via Invoice Agency.
